Clumping, upright, warm season grass with broad, arching leaves. Foliage is variegated with dark green centers and white margins, which turn tan in the fall. Flowers emerge in late summer tinged with red, then turn to white and persist through the winter. Tolerant of drought, erosion, dry soil, and air pollution.
